It offers exceptional cost-effectiveness, serving as a pretreatment and intermediate coating for microcement and floor paints, providing smoothness, hardness, and strength. It can also be used as a base filler, reducing the need for mortar leveling before floor installation, and as a wear-resistant base layer in workshops and outdoor applications. The product is white but can be tinted and applied in 2-3 coats, topped with water-based polyurethane for a direct decorative finish.
